PCOStivity is a supportive wellness platform created for all women affected by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), with a mission to empower everyone on their wellness journey. 2. Why was PCOStivity created specifically for Black women?

Black women often face unique challenges in healthcare, including medical biases, underrepresentation, and a lack of culturally relevant resources. 3. How does PCOStivity approach PCOS management?

PCOStivity emphasizes a holistic approach to managing PCOS, focusing on natural wellness practices, herbal remedies, and lifestyle adjustments inspired by ancestral wisdom. We aim to empower Black women with knowledge about alternative treatments, self-care routines, and advocacy tips for medical appointments so they can make informed choices about their health.

4. Does PCOStivity provide medical advice?

PCOStivity provides information and resources to support holistic wellness but does not offer specific medical advice. We encourage you to use our platform as a source of inspiration and empowerment and to consult with healthcare providers who understand your needs when making medical decisions.
